RAI RECEIVES THE 2025 HIRE VETS MEDALLION AWARD FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR

For the third year in the row, Ruchman and Associates, Inc. (RAI) has received the HIRE Vets Gold Medallion award presented by the U.S. Department of Labor. RAI is recognzed by the U.S. Secretary of Labor Lori Chavez-DeRemer as one of 66 companies in the state of Maryland to receive the 2025 HIRE Vets Gold Medallion Award during a virtual award ceremony on January 29, 2026, presented by the U.S. Department of Labor. The Honoring Investments in Recruiting and Employing American Military Veterans Act (HIRE Vets Act) Medallion Program is the only federal award program that recognizes employers who successfully recruit, hire, and retain veterans.

RAI joins 888 other companies nationwide in receiving this prestigious award. RAI has shown not only commitment to hiring veterans, but also assurance that hired vets have a long-term career and growth plan that uses the diverse skills they acquired through their military service.

RAI has met rigorous employment and veteran integration assistance criteria, including veteran hiring and retention percentages; availability of veteran-specific resources; leadership programming for veterans; dedicated human resource efforts; pay compensation and tuition assistance programs for veterans.
